I was cleaning my house yesterday and finally got around to scrubbing out the toilet, my least favourite job and the most emotionally traumatizing part of the home sanitation process. Lifting the toilet seat I was quite shocked to discover U2's new release 'Songs of Innocence' floating around in the bowl. I don't listen to U2, don't like their music and really dislike the uber-douche Bono along with his disingenuous, hand-wringing, self-aggrandizing, political whinging. He's a wanker with silly sunglasses. She reportedly left the canopy window open and a single bowl of water which is next to useless when the temperatures soar within the confines of a fiberglass canopy. So what did this miscreant do after discovering the animals in her care were dead? She hid the bodies and fabricated a story about the dogs being 'stolen' by an unknown thief. Absolutely disgusting. Bad people and their bad dogs

The little girl you see on the left is Finley, a 3 year old female miniature Sheltie with, according to his owner, an insanely upbeat disposition. She was attacked by a much larger dog and seriously injured in April. The owners of the dog that attacked little Finley didn't respond to their dog's attack, didn't offer help, didn't do anything other than leave. Quickly. The above picture of Finley is actually a happy picture. She's lying in the sun outside Canada West Vet Hospital, recuperating from her injuries and doing what dogs do best, sleeping. Inconsiderate, irresponsible and obnoxious dog owners are everywhere, even in my neighbourhood as mentioned in a previous post.
