Doesn't it warm the cockles of your heart when you hear about a past lottery winner (3.9 million tax free dollars) that gets busted by transit police having sex with a woman on the hood of his BMW M5 sedan between the Nanaimo and 29th Avenue SkyTrain stations? No? Me neither. It seems that Mohammed Shakil Khan won sacks of cash in the spring of 2007 and has lead a less than stellar existence ever since, including a lifetime prohibition from possessing firearms, assault with a weapon and discharging a firearm with intent to wound. He also hangs with individuals claiming to be with the Independent Soldiers (a local gang).
